Important: The Euro Docs Hub service fee applies solely to appointment monitoring and booking assistance. It does not include, and Euro Docs Hub is not responsible for, any third-party charges such as visa centre application fees, embassy processing fees, or courier and delivery costs, which must be paid separately by the applicant

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your reference
Send your refund request to support@eurodocshub.co.uk quoting your booking reference number (format: EDH-XXXX-XXXX). Please also include the reason for your refund request.

We review within 1 working day
Our team will review your order details and verify eligibility based on our refund policy. You will receive a response within 1 working day.

Refund approved and processed
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

What if I do not receive a response to my refund request?

If you haven’t received a reply within 1 working day, please check your spam/junk folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, resend your email to info@eurodocshub.co.uk with your reference number.

Can I get a partial refund if I only need one of several appointments cancelled?

Refund eligibility depends on the status of your booking and the services already delivered. Please contact our support team to review your specific case.

What if the visa centre cancels my appointment after it was confirmed?

If a visa centre cancels an appointment, we will continue monitoring and attempt to secure an alternative slot. Refund eligibility will depend on our service terms and booking status at the time of cancellation.

Does the refund policy apply to the full visa application service?

Can I get a refund if my travel plans change after booking?
